PCOS
Kat is an absolute asset to my everyday health! Her compassionate care and attention to detail has made it easier for me to address my PCOS symptoms and take back my health and wellness. Her metabolic reset program was a game-changer and I am so thankful to have her in my corner as I near my wedding! 10/10 recommend!!
Skin
The facials that Kathy give are so lovely! It's so relaxing and really improves my skin. I have always struggled with hormonal acne due to my PCOS, and the facials often help ease my acne. My favorite part is the ultrasound facial tool --- it really feels like the product is tackling below the surface of my skin. I am always left with a glowing, fresh face!
Hormone Health
My family is so thankful for Nurse Practitioner Katherine and her expertise and knowledge. My daughter was struggling so much with inconsistent periods and terrible skin issues caused by PCOS. Working with Katherine was an answered prayer. Katherine helped us get to the root of the cause and didn't just try to put a band-aid on it by prescribing a drug like her gynecologist wanted to do! By working with Katherine my daughter has seen amazing improvements in her skin issues and her periods are finally regular. We are so thankful for her help and wisdom!
Weight loss
I want to give a shout out to Tula Health and Kathy...I have been working with her for about a year, mostly for weight loss. Also, at almost 55 years old, I knew I needed to focus more on my health overall. We had a comprehensive consultation including blood work / labs, and she gave me a plan. In short, I am down 30 pounds (within about 9 months)! I feel better and am motivated to continue towards a healthier lifestyle. At Kathy's advice, I kicked off my journey with a detox program, cut out a lot of sugar and carbs for a few months, and enjoyed the Nutrition Frontiers products of protein shakes, greens, vitamins and probiotic - I love all the products she suggested for me (and no pharmaceuticals!). Based on my blood work and what I needed to get in check - she also helped me adjust my diet. And, let me stress, at no time did I or do I feel like I was sacrificing, I still enjoy my wine, and good food! I eliminated things in stages, little changes at a time, she knew that's how I would be successful. I know first hand, Kathy does a lot of research on top of her education and knowledge of overall health, I trust everything she suggests, because...it works! She is also helping my daughter, my aunt and friends with various issues from acne, weight loss, high blood sugar and high cholesterol - I see success in all of them. Hormone Health
NP Katherine has been so incredible in my treatment plan. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she makes the effort to treat as PERSON and not just as a patient. I have always struggled with acne and irregular periods. For my acne, I have tried everything --- antibiotics, skincare products, medical treatments, you name it --- and nothing has worked. Instead of finding a one time solution she has helped me find the root cause of my struggles. After years of wondering what's wrong, Katherine diagnosed me with PCOS. I am so grateful that I know have answers, and have been given the tools, resources, and medicine that I actually need. I appreciate how she has a 'low and slow' approach --- giving my body what it needs at its own pace, so that it can naturally adjust and benefit from it. I'll always be grateful!
